  1. W.O. Mitchell was born in the prairie city where I currently live. He wrote “Who Has Seen the Wind”, a book about growing up on the Canadian prairies in the 1940’s, and sold over a million copies in Canada. So, of course, my suggestion for your world list, is my country of Canada and this book would be my suggestion, Lenore.

    • Thank you for the recommendation! When I read this one, it will be extra great because of the connection with you, Terry! We are hopeful to visit Banff next summer. Maybe I’ll read it as we are actually traveling through Canada (if our plans pan out). Thanks again!

      • Banff is about 600 miles west of where we live. We’ve been there several times over the years. It’s beautiful and I know you’ll love it, Lenore!
