NEW sore muscles! (From Photography???)


Who knew I could get sore muscles from taking photographs! Wow!  I’ve found out I definitely can!!!  And it REALLY hurts!  Apparently if I hold my camera up for a long time…trying to keep it really still while focusing through the tiny opening in a chain-link fence and holding it there for a while, waiting for the tennis player on the other side of the fence to make an awesome shot, it uses muscles I never knew I had!  Note to self: take a tripod next time!

The best way I know of getting rid of lactic acid build-up is swimming.  I’ve got to try and make it to the pool ASAP!  Any other suggestions of how I can get rid of this awful PAIN!?!?….Fast!?
