Happy Monday!  I think I’ve already mentioned I visited a nearby arboretum recently…so yes, I have PLENTY of beautiful floral pics to last me for quite a while!  I just wish I was better at remember the plant/flower names.  You know…it’s tough!!!  Even the lady giving us a tour incorrectly pointed out a plant that I know is Russian Sage, and she called it Russian Thistle :o)  There’s just sooooo many plants that even the experts get mixed up now and again, I guess.

Healthy Oreo Ice Cream  (for my body-building/health-conscious son who adores oreo ice cream!)  AND…Two Ingredient Ice Cream Bread!  What?!?!  I’ll be sure to mention a review of these once I try them out.  -OR- if any of you have tried either of them, PLEASE let me know what you think!
