Happy Thursday! As you may have noticed, many times, my Thursday quotes have nothing to do with the photo I share it with – I typically just stick a quote that I really like on a photo that I’ve produced that week. However, I thought this photo paired lovely with this quote. The two opposing elements (one black/white and the other a vivid color) corresponds to the quote’s reference of holding two opposed ideas in the mind! This nice of a pairing doesn’t happen every Thursday, but I kind of like it when it does. :o) Have a great day!

I didn’t actually notice that part of the photo was b/w. I was struck by the fortitude of the poppy among the ‘thorns’. Excellent either way!
