Happy Wednesday! I made a NEW recipe this week…a very yummy kiwi sorbet and I also bought NEW tiny 2 1/2-inch dessert glasses to serve it in. :o)

Although I like the looks of sliced kiwi to photograph, next time I make this, I think I’ll peel the kiwi LIKE THIS video shows! Mucho-Easier!!!

I can’t believe I never thought to scoop out the kiwi! I have always just cut away the skin – not very efficient. Thanks for the tip. The sorbet looks tasty!
