I got this TERRIFIC.YUMMY salsa salad recipe from my friend a few years ago….so it’s not all that NEW to me :o)….but while I was photographing the ingredients for the Scavenger Hunt Sunday (see yesterday’s post), I thought I’d take a pic of the finished dish also. yum…i love salads like this..really tasty on tacos…i will have to try adding the red wine vineagar dressing, i bet that gives a nice tang!…lovely post..sarah
