a NEW recipe…puffs

Happy Friday!  I don’t know why I don’t make homemade cream puffs more often…they are SO easy!  I had to go hunt for a NEW recipe, because I haven’t made these in so long, I really don’t know what recipe I used before.  Seriously, these are just as easy, if not easier, than making a batch of chocolate chip cookies!

I was actually craving shrimp puffs first…YUM!  But I made both cream puffs and shrimp puffs since I had so many puffs to fill.

Here is the recipe for the shrimp filling.  (For cream filling, just use your favorite pudding…5-minute Jello instant chocolate pudding worked GREAT for us!)

  4. What kind of filling is that chocolate?…my husband loves these puffs..he’s originally from France and his mom made all kinds of pastries..sadly she passed last year and never gave me a recipe for filling..I usually use box pudding..what’s your take
