Happy Tuesday! You know, it seems like every time I need to take a treat to an event or activity, my day is just booked solid. Meaning I have to choose really quick and easy recipes to try! (I could just go buy store-bought cookies or something, but ewww! :o)
Anyway…this S’mores Crack Candy recipe is very quick and very easy and EXTREMELY sweet!!! Don’t say I didn’t warn ya! I got the recipe HERE. Truly, more elaborate desserts are on my culinary bucket list: Baked Alaska, Baked Brie, etc. And one day I’ll have an entire day with nothing to do – an empty schedule – free time to do as I please – a day to experiment with elaborate dessert making. Hmmm…am I dreaming, or what?

Happy Friday! OK, I have to say I’m thrilled to finally have a brownie recipe that turns out pretty much PERFECT! My other brownie recipes seem too gooey in the middle, but not these. Hallelujah! Plus, its great that this recipe makes such a big batch (I made the baker’s half sheet size)…I was able to take a plate of brownies to three different neighbors and still have plenty for my family. Awesome! I think I’ll make another batch before St Patrick’s Day. I found the recipe HERE.

I LOVE having ingredients in my pantry…ready to use without having to run to the grocery store!!! I made these cupcakes for a party tonight and sprinkled these Andes Mint chips on top. EASY! {and YUMMY!} I think I originally bought them to try with one of these cookies:

OK…next time you have your oven on, try this yummy {EASY!!!!} treat. The longest preparation for these pretzel-rolo-m&m treats is unwrapping the Rolos! Four…(4!!!) minutes in the oven and then smash them babies down with an M&M…and DONE! Sweet but salty, chewy but crunchy deliciousness! Actual recipe HERE.
AND….next time you buy a bunch of parsley, for whatever reason….and you have tons left over, try this NEW twist: Green Beans with Walnut Parsley Sauce. YUM! And it looks quite gourmet, don’t you think? Both NEW recipes were quite delicious! If you try them, please let me know what you think!

I tried a NEW fudge recipe last night. Wow…it’s probably been a decade since I last made fudge! BUT…when I saw this recipe for Samoa Fudge, I knew I had to try it. Why? Because I LOVE the Girl Scout Samoas cookies, and anything with a similar taste has to be my friend!

I recently got this REALLY YUMMY recipe for Peanut Butter bars from a co-worker….and I’m not even that big of a fan of PB! But, the recipe is quick, easy and delicious. My kind of recipe! The first time I made these, I was PLAIN-JANE and simply cut them in to squares; but this time, I used an old kitchen tool that rarely gets used and made them crinkle-cutted-ed-ed 🙂 I wanted to fancy them up a bit to take to a neighbor. Whatdoyathink??? I know they’ll disappear soon! They taste just like Reeses Peanut Butter cups. If you like PB…try these! (or something else NEW)!
